3. Terminal Tower Facade Renovation  (1.0 PDH) 

 This presentation is an overview of the 5-year landmark Terminal Tower Façade Renovation, highlighting the work involved during the intricate restoration of this 52-story structure, including the materials and structural design. The building was constructed between 1925 and 1930, rising 708’ above Public Square and is clad with ornamental iron, limestone, and terra-cotta masonry. This very successful project has won many awards, including the 2010 Restoration Project of the Year.
