We have an exciting lineup of speakers and discussions centered around sustainable design for the built environment scheduled during the SEAoO Annual Conference. Whether you are a structural engineer or an architect you won't want to miss this event with opportunities for you to learn more about where you fit into the equation of sustainability or how you can start making changes today to improve your design. We will hear from the SEAoO Sustainable Design Committee, ACI 323 committee chair on low carbon concrete, and a panel discussion on life cycle assessments and embodied carbon calculation.

Learning Objectives:

The sessions will run parallel to the annual SEAoO conference but you do not need to register to the full conference to attend the sustainability only sessions!

Dates and Hours:
Thursday, September 12th, 2024.  Registration begins at 7:00am and stay through lunch until 1:15 to see the SEAoO Annual Conference exhibitors.

Professional Development Hours:
Three sessions offering 1.25 PDH each.  Please note that while these hours are fully applicable for Ohio and its surrounding states, we do not certify these hours for the states that have special requirements (FL and NY for example). 

Pricing:
Thanks to a grant from NCSEA, we are pleased to be able to offer this event for just $10 registration.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt as part of the SEAoO Annual Conference.  Mention you are part of the SEAoO group in order to get the discounted room rate by August 12.
