Selecting the best construction delivery method for new, expanded or renovated facility projects is critical to not only meeting cost, schedule and quality objectives, but maximizing the value of limited design and construction dollars as well.  This presentation will overview the various elements, advantages and limitations of Design/Build, Construction Management and traditional Design-Bid-Build delivery systems.  The presentation also incorporates a project and owner-based criteria selection process that can help design professionals recommend the preferred delivery system to their clients and design partners.
