3D Scanning - Cincinnati Museum Center et al.  (1.5 PDH)

The presentation will be on 3D Scanning to survey and produce a working model for assessing and developing plans on renovation projects.  How a point cloud can be efficiently converted and used in structural modeling.  Examples from several local projects, including an update on the Cincinnati Museum Center.

David Cox is Director of Reality Capture at Truescan 3D.  He is responsible for leading all the operational and business related functions of Truescan3D. Utilizing his 35 years of experience in land surveying, David directs all aspects of our reality capture and building documentation services with an advanced understanding of control network geometry.
