Structural Engineering Project Case Studies & Plan Reviewer Expectations  (2.0 PDH)

Several SEAoO members will review specific problems / challenges encountered and the solutions developed to address them.  The presentations will focus on the practical application of structural principles to specific real world examples.

Patrick has seen the best and worst of structural documents for projects ranging from simple small commercial improvements through large industrial projects.

This evening Patrick will briefly review the expectations of a plans examiner when reviewing structural submittals, discuss the most common plan deficiencies that turn up while reviewing structural plans, and offer ways to avoid multiple reviews.
